In the first of its kind, Cisco’s Connected Billboard monitors live traffic data and adjusts the length of its messaging, based on the traffic speed in its immediate vicinity. We set four speed ranges, enabling four different messages. The faster the speed, the shorter the message. The billboards were carefully placed at hi-flow roadside locations where commuters were sure to see all the varations of the message on a given day.
